Miller" /></div> <h2> Background & Experience</h2> <p>I'm a former jewelry designer with over <br/> 25 years experience running my own very successful business. My work has been sold nationally and internationally and I count Cameron Diaz, Meg Ryan, Michelle Pfeiffer and Raquel Welch among my clients.</p> <p>Juggling a diverse range of business <br/> <em><strong> and </em></strong> creative responsibilities, I learned how to maintain the proper balance between excellence and efficiency and consistently meet - and then exceed - client expectations. I credit that valuable experience with making a significant contribution to my abilities as a skilled organizational consultant. </p> <p>Realizing how good I was at creating order, organization and systemization - and how thoroughly I enjoyed the challenge of finding effective solutions to any organizing dilemma - I decided to become a Professional Organizer and bring my natural abilities in line with my life and beliefs. <h9><strong> I am fortunate and grateful to be able to affect the lives of others in a positive, productive and lasting way. </strong></h9></p> <br/> <p>_________________________________________________________________</p> <br/> <h2> Professional Affiliations</h2> <p>I am a member in good standing of both the National and New York chapters of the <h9><strong>National Association of Professional Organizers</strong></h9> (NAPO), the premier authority in the field of organizing. I support and practice the <a href="NAPO_Code_of_Ethics.php">Code of Ethics</a> set forth by the organization and actively participate in their continuing education programs and conferences.</p> <p>I currently serve on the <h9><strong>Board of Directors</strong></h9> and as the <h9><strong>Newsletter Editor</strong></h9> of the NAPO-NY chapter. </p> <br/> <p>_________________________________________________________________</p> <br/> <h2>Publications</h2> <p>I write a newspaper column called <a href="columns.php"><h9><strong> "Getting Organized" </strong></h9></a> which is featured regularly in <h9><em>Town & Village</em></h9>, a community newspaper that has been serving the Stuyvesant Town, Peter Cooper Village, East Midtown Plaza, Gramercy Park, Kips Bay, Union Square and Waterside areas of Manhattan for over 60 years. </p> <br/> <p>_________________________________________________________________</p> <br/> <h2> Education</h2> <p>I am fortunate to have been one of 500 woman chosen from a field of 20,000<br/> for entry to <h9><strong>Yale University</strong></h9> the first year that its undergraduate school admitted female applicants.
